İnci Gülsün Özkul, PhD
Senior Consultant / Founding Partner
İnci Gülsün Özkul graduated from Business Administration Faculty of Marmara University in 1986. She attended Philosophy Department of Middle East Technical University for two years. Her thesis is about ‘Measurement Stress and Motivation in Changed Organizations’. She graduated from Department of Organizational Behavior, Marmara University in 1991.
Having completed her PhD in Business Administration at Beykent University, Inci Gülsün Özkul continues her academic studies and publications on human resources, entrepreneurship, family businesses and professional managers, NGOs and women entrepreneurs.
In 1989, she carried on research analysis on ‘motivation and stress in an organization’ at London Polytechnic in London for one year. İnci Gülsün Özkul worked in “Export Department” in International Industry and Commerce Bank (1987-1989) and “Human Resources Management and Planning Department” in Garanti Bank (1990-1995). She carried on her carrier as a manager in Toprak Bank, Bank Kapital, and Yurt Bank, responsible for all functions of Human Resources. At the same time she moderated many training programs and installed various projects. Since May 2001, Inci Özkul Gülsün is a partner of avea and works as a consultant.
She has been managing avea executive since 2012, which was structured under avea consultancy in 2009. avea Executive company, of which she is the founder, provides retain executive search in Turkey and abroad.
Avea interim, of which she is the founder, has been operating since 2013, established by Inci Gülsün Özkul.
