The personal data of candidate is used only for a specific time during executive search and recruitment process.
It is required that the candidate accepts, we are able to use his/her personal data.
The business targets of the candidates, their personal opinions about the other executives, the information, they give about the market are confidential for us.
The ethnic origin of the candidates, his/her religious beliefs, his/her sect, his/her political opinion, his/her health condition and the other personal information are not recorded unless the candidate permits.
The personal information of the candidate can be sent only to the companies approved by the candidate.
The candidate has always the right to change and update his/her personal information.
The candidate has the right to cancel the communication with the company and to request the deletion of his/her personal information.
The candidate can request to communicate directly instead of via his/her secretary.
We do not check the reference and CV with the persons whom the candidate does not permitt.
The candidate has the right to request detailed information about the position and the company.
