Step by Step Executive Search and Recruitment Process

The steps of the process can be generally summarized as follows:
Defining the needs
First step of the Executive Search and Recruitment Process is the definition step of the main success elements of the job with our client. We discuss with company about its vision, mission and strategies. Then we focus on the job description, the qualifications for job and the working conditions.
Analysis
Second process includes determining the details of the work, the analysis of the market and the competition.
Creating Strategy
We create a strategy considering the results of the market and competition analysis, being in full consensus on the management profile with our client. Some of the sources of this strategy are as follows: our database, our knowledge, internet, our contacts, etc.
Potential Candidates
Fourth step includes the determination of the potential candidates. We organize face to face interviews with candidates in order to determine their adequacy or their potential adaptation to the company’s organizational structure. This step focuses on major success criteria. The findings are shared with the client.
Candidate Interview
We organize the interviews of the candidates with our client. We provide the required information of the candidates to our client. The candidates are informed at each stage of the interviews.
Reference
We call the references of the candidates in order to receive information about their business life.
Bring Into Balance
One of our duties is to facilitate the interviews for candidates. We consider about the balance of the requests of sides, client and candidate.
